Stroll down a local Footpath

October 12, 2009
Yesterday, we decided to get out of the house for a little while and go for a walk. It was a gorgeous day outside and perfect for an afternoon stroll. There are public footpaths everywhere since walking is the British people's favorite past time. So, we simply started down a path, and sure enough, we found a sign marking a 1 mile footpath to South Cerny. It was a beautiful walk! It felt wonderful to get out and go somewhere.

When we finished the trail, we found an old brick bridge that was covered in ivy.

Also along the path, we found a little area with a lake and more swans! It was a nice place to rest!

By the time we finished, it had been a good 2 hour walk, and everyone was ready to kick back and watch some good ol' British TV, and enjoy some ice cream! YUM!
